The outdoor rooms
The garden
Gravel underfoot, oak trees overhead, and curtained day-beds you can pull closed against the afternoon sun. A fire pit holds the centre for cooler evenings.
The walkway & boardwalk
Flower beds run the length of the house along a timber boardwalk, with the blue shutters on one side and the open valley on the other.
The rooftop
A covered terrace with a long table, string lights and an uninterrupted view west. It is the natural gathering point once the sun starts to drop.
Every season
Summer belongs to the pool, but Calma is open all year. In winter the hills turn white and the fire pit and warm interiors come into their own.
